In this time where physical distancing and remote learning has become necessary to slow the spread of COVID-19, social connection is more important than ever.

We know it is crucial for our students and staff to feel connected to a supportive community to help support their well-being. We know that creating and maintaining these relationships via remote learning is a new challenge for educators to meet.

With this in mind, we have compiled a few ideas and resources to assist educators in this effort. We strongly urge you to take care of yourselves and your loved ones, and to reach out to the school so we can put you in touch with health care experts.

Aurora Health Support Team - contact information for our school health care team, including speech and language pathology, occupational therapy, and psychological services.

Family and Student Support - information regarding health services, income support, food support, mental health support, and parenting support.

Childhood Anxiety - information regarding the issue of childhood anxiety provided by Registered Provisional Psychologist Sarah Gallagher, BA, MA.

Organizational and Time Management Skills (Quick Reference Tips) - quick tips on how to improve organizational and time management skills provided by Occupational Therapist Michelle Curtis.
